Annual General Meeting
Project LUNA invites members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Aberystwyth to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This is your opportunity to:
- Hear what Project LUNA has achieved so far
- Learn how the charity operates and supports our community
- Help shape our plans for the future
- Raise issues, share concerns, and influence new projects
- Vote on key decisions, including early plans for Pride 2026
We want as many LGBTQIA+ voices in Aberystwyth as possible in the room. The AGM is where decisions are made, priorities are set, and the future direction of Project LUNA is shaped — by you.
Whether you’ve been involved from the start or are completely new to Project LUNA, you are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Join us for a Charity Quiz Night, hosted by Nick Watson of BBC’s Pointless fame.
Expect prizes, laughs, games, and plenty of fun – all while helping us raise vital funds for Pride 2026.

HELLS ANGELS: A Drag Takeover
Prepare for a night of darkness, drama, and divine decadence. Project LUNA and RocSoc are descending upon The Angel Inn for a fundraiser like no other!

The Mission: Every penny raised goes directly toward Aberystwyth Pride 2026—our town’s first community-organized Pride and the largest in Ceredigion.
